2-Year Warranty

Every Wheelyne foldable 4-wheel mobility scooter is covered by a 2-year warranty from the delivery date.
What is covered
Manufacturing defects in the frame, folding mechanism, motor, controller, tiller, and charger for 24 months.
The lithium battery pack is covered for 12 months against defects and abnormal capacity loss.
What is not covered
Normal wear items such as tires and seat upholstery, cosmetic marks, damage from accidents, misuse, unauthorised repairs, exceeding the 330 lb capacity, or water immersion.
Making a claim
Email support@wheelyne.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video. Most issues are diagnosed the same day.
Where a part is faulty we ship a replacement part with fitting instructions free of charge; where a repair is not practical we replace the scooter.
Certification
The scooter and its charging system are UL2849 certified. Use only the supplied charger to keep the warranty valid.
