Shipping Policy

Every Wheelyne scooter ships free to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Canada, fully assembled and ready to ride.
Processing time
Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time and cost
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days within the US, 5–10 business days to the UK, Australia and Canada, and is free of charge.
Remote regions, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories may take longer and can require an additional carrier fee, which we confirm by email before shipping.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. If tracking has not moved for 5 business days, email support@wheelyne.com and we will chase the carrier for you.
Damaged or missing parcels
Inspect the box on arrival. If anything is damaged, photograph the packaging and the scooter and email support@wheelyne.com within 7 days — we send a replacement at no cost.
Address changes
We can change a delivery address before the parcel ships. Email support@wheelyne.com as soon as possible with your order number.
