Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Certain products may not be eligible for return for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. Such exceptions will be clearly indicated on the product page.

  • Photos of the product if applicable

Our team will provide return instructions and the return address if applicable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include clear photos showing:

  • The product received
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution, including replacement, refund, or store credit when applicable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days after approval.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Wheelyne will cover the return shipping costs when applicable.
  • For customer preference returns (change of mind, incorrect order placed by customer, etc.), return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Final sale items
  • Products marked as non-returnable
